Anyone looking for grain finished, dry aged Angus beef? We finish it on grain for 240 days……then hang it for 45 days. Unmatchable in flavor. We are in Ethel……

whats rough cost of a quarter of a cow these days?

also, do you sell cuts like the outer skirt steak solo or do you have to get a querter or half of a cow to get it?
