I feel like he has proven multiple times that he knows nothing. What could have possibly changed over 72 hours that makes you want to go from telling your current employer at a smaller company that you’re leaving for the bright lights of a bigger company with brighter lights and more money to all of a sudden wanting to stay at your small homegrown company?

I knew as soon as the AD put out that statement with the way it was worded that they were going to keep negotiating and ultimately end up keeping him. I’m hopeful he comes to us, but I’m prepared to be left high and dry again.
