Why are live CFB games on Youtube?

Just realized this a few weeks ago and you can stream most games Live on YouTube (not YouTube TV and not the paid version).
How is that possible?
They don't appear to be pirated because YouTube is pretty good at screening that out.

They’re not taken down even if illegally streamed now because the ad rating agencies take that into account since it’s responsible for a lot of viewership

Even if thats true, you can't find NFL streams though.
I guess because the NFL is much more stringent, but still seems odd they allow primetime major network CFB games to stream.

Most games get pulled almost immediately due to license.

I've watched the entire LSU game 3 weeks in a row, including Bama.
