My tickets were transferred from someone to my TAF account. Every time I try to open my upcoming events I get an error saying I must be on a mobile device. I am in fact on my iPhone. Any ideas?

I’d think the ticket office will be open tomorrow .. I’d call them for help.

Select - “Tickets”
Select - “account”
And sign in

Last time I got tickets from someone, I received a text link to accept the tickets.

Saved them to my wallet.

Don't know if I am forgetting a step but it wasn't hard to do.

That happened to me for the A&M game. Ticket office couldn't help. Couldn't go the game. Couldn't sell or transfer. No help. I don't think much of LSU's candyass technology game.
