Edit: at the meeting, "they approved a motion to send Kelly's termination in writing. That was it" according to Delacroix below. Thanks.
My OP:
98% was in non public discussion. Came back just to admit Kelly's termination paperwork or something. Hard to hear, am at a conference. Was it to just formally fire him? Nothing about buyout or hiring.
Just letting folks know what happened.
