Simply yes or no.
I will wait for 4Slowies to chime in.

They won't be here, unless they think up a deflective commentary that they recall from their 5 a.m. Daily Goose-Step Marching Orders.

Simple question weird none of the experts care to chime in.

Not typically.
That's not just a doj rule either. That's pretty standard with all law enforcement agencies, state and federal

No.
Massie knew this too. The verbiage in the bill for this is weak and he will not be able to challenge it.

Well that's interesting. So if documents aren't released because of the fact investigations are on going it's going to be a fun time
Dems are already stating an active investigation can't be used to stop the release of all documents.
Here I thought they were looking for justice for the girls.
Seems that's not the case

Depending on which specific documents are in play, I don't know why any ongoing investigation would be going on with Epstein, considering I believe the focus is on the doj files that already led to indictment and a completed prosecution of Maxwell.
That's probably going to be the response. If anyone attempts the rouge I would imagine

Lol so people identified in the documents aren't being investigated.

Didn’t Bondi just open a new investigation? Could be convenient for things they want to redact.

The indictments were in 2019
There has never really been any indication that there was any investigation going on related to that prosecution with any other person. I don't know why we would assume that any investigation is ongoing at this point, 6 years later

Why would we assume documents would be witheld?
Posted on 11/21/25 at 9:27 am to Jbird
So you think Bondi is going to redact a bunch of stuff based on this new probe she just opened?
Posted on 11/21/25 at 9:28 am to Jbird
Depends on the document in question.

No hack I am enjoying the fact the top Dems are running the mantra now
So smooth brained types can yowl not everything was released.

Where did I assume that?
I'm arguing that there shouldn't be any withheld for that reason

Dems are running the talking point
Posted on 11/21/25 at 9:31 am to Jbird
Well either they redact stuff based on a new investigation or they don’t.
Posted on 11/21/25 at 9:32 am to Decatur
Your Dems are setting up the outrage.
