My neighbor just gave me 10 redfish filets

6 on the half shell, 4 completely fileted out. Think I'll do the 4 on cedarplanks and all of them on the big green egg this evening. Haven't cooked fish on it yet.
Little rice pilaf, smothered corn, onion and tomatos and a baby green salad. Kinda light.

I know that this isnt the first time.. Just let mw know when you forclose on your house so I can grab it at a reduced rate..
