How does the request for guaranteed NIL funds work within the NCAA guidelines ?

I’ve read the new standard NIL budget will be upwards of 30 million or even 40 million annually for football, is that accurate?

Where does that money come from, and how are coaches involved when they are technically not allowed to be “involved”?

Who from LSU ensures NIL deals are compliant?

Would be a really interesting business to be involved in.
