Coaches who bail to change jobs WILL NOT affect players as much as you think

College Football has become teams full of mercenaries. Many of these players bailed themselves by transferring. You think Lane’s players will not play hard in the playoffs. It’s not like the roster was organic from years of recruiting. The QB is a perfect example.
Ole Miss giving him an ultimatum is just them not adjusting, and it’s a big mistake. The playoff expansion should have been a red flag to the NCAA to move signing day and the closure of the portal. These coaches will be forced to make life changing decisions under these deadlines……and it will get ugly every year.

They are salaried employees, highly salaried employees. They need to act like one.
