Wilson is a one trick pony. Please stop with the keeping Frank

He’s an absolutely awful running backs coach, is an atrocious head coach based on his past and his only redeeming quality is he is a plant to make the NOLA peeps happy and can recruit back in the day because of politics.
At least Orgeron was a decorate position coach that actually had shown a history of coaching up DL at many stops.
Literally the only two running backs worth a damn under Wilson were in spite of and freaks (Fournette and J Hill). Any other running back he coached actually got worse if he was still around their second year and nearly none of the developed at all.
But hey keep him on as a a recruiter but don’t let him anywhere near players where coaching is needed.

Lane was never as bad as Frank was as a head coach.
Lame is an actual coach that develops his players.
Frank Wilson coaches the easiest position in football and has found a way to regress 90%+ of his players as they have gotten coaches by him.
Guy doesn’t need to be on staff on my opinion at all but at most can be a recruiting guy with the GM. Nothing more.

Don’t want him as HC but would absolutely want him retained on any new staff. He’s a huge asset to recruiting locally.
