"I will always remember this day. I will always remember this moment and I'm grateful for it too" with a smile on his face :) and barely 20-30 seconds later he added "it's a tough day for me".
"I am going to rely a ton on this coaching staff. You got to trust and lean into your staff right now as well. It' my job to maximize this group" - sounds like Willie was indeed ignoring them.

Definitely was, listen to more of the full interview and he talks about how he has to start installing his plays and all that. He’s supposed to be the OC, but Willie never let him actually put in his system
