I play around with GDXY a little, mostly just trading small amounts.

Think I'll stick with BITO, XDTE, QQQI, SPYI, and a few others.

Have some TSYY I need to dump.

Down to i believe one yieldmax PLTY. May just dump that for a loss before end of year. Didnt have many of their etf's but they are all pretty bad.

I had a little MSTY and UTLY for a while. Considering the dividend payouts and NAV erosion, I came out about $20 positive on both. Glad I dumped when I did though.

It will be interesting to see what happens with these when YM launches its new funds with different strategies. Not sure why anyone would be in these at this point.

good choices. same here. bito has went way down but should come back. when it does i will make some nice capital gains to go with those dividends. i have been buying all the way down. hope we hit bottom soon.

BITO has been around for awhile and is all over the place so I'm not too worried about it.

Never understood the hype with those, the NAV decay is insane; it’s just paying you your own money. Basically a modern take on those scammy REITs that everyone’s grandparents got suckered into in the 1980’s.

You just didn’t get it bro. It’s not a growth fund! It’s an income fund that you can’t actually take the distributions because you have to reinvest them back into the fund…

I'm invested in several of these and like others, I've been very concerned about the NAV erosion over the past couple of months. Based on what I've been reading online, the split will basically be cosmetic in nature and you won't lose any value that you own and your dividend payouts will remain the same. Yes, you'll end up with less share, but YieldMax will be resetting the price point to stabilize the NAV. So, it seems like to me, if you're thinking about getting out of any of these ETFs, you should do it after the split once the price is raised.

If this is the process for re-stabilizing the NAV after it has eroded, I don't see why someone wouldn't stay in and grab these dividends if YieldMax is just going to reset the price point? If I'm missing something here, someone please explain it to me.

My post was sarcastic.

But, if you believe the “new strategy” PR, it’s time to step away.

They change their strategies every six months…so they can get influencers to parrot “the NAV has been stable since they changed the strategy.”
