I've started giving it a try with a three month supply to see if it really would make a difference. I was wondering if anyone else has any experience with it and if there is a cheaper alternative. Thanks for your help.

I haven't tried the product so I can't say either way.

This person seems to be hawking an expensive product though.

IDK what you are trying to achieve so I will just make a guess.

If you are looking for a good probiotic, go with kefir. It's a lot less expensive than the product you are looking at.

Also, watch out for Maltodextrin. That stuff is in hundreds of 'foods'. Its garbage.

There are tons of youtube videos on it. So do your research.

And of course, there is refined white flour, sugar and HFC along with tons of other junk in our food supply.

I am not a medical professional, dietician or nutritionist so take this for what its worth.

Thanks for responding, I was looking at something for liver health most of all, but also something for general metabolic health

Gotcha.

Just curious, are you dealing with some sort of medical issue with your liver?

Or just looking to cleanse the liver?

A lot of the junk in the food supply will cause issues with our livers, causing our livers to clog up and cause visceral fat around the liver and other internal organs.

Cutting out junk like refined white flours, food with maltodextrin, lots of sugars, HFC... can go along way in getting our bodies back in shape.

I've cut down on bread consumption and rarely have junk food. I've tried to cut down on sugar except with my coffee. I do drink hard liquor a few times a week. So I'm not having problems or health issues but wanted to help cleanse the liver.

Thanks, as soon as I'm finished with the Total Restore I'll try that. BTW, appreciate the info you gave in the Boron thread. Seems to be working well for me.

If you are concerned with your liver, then the first step would be to stop drinking alcohol, right?

I know. I have cut back on the liquor and sugar a lot. It's a work in progress.
