that was an awesome ending:
Civilian gets involved and starts chasing stolen car much more aggressively than police.
Driver of stolen car loses control, stops, and flees on foot. Civilian pursues.
Cops arrive and catch fleeing car thief trying to jump a fence in an alley
Civilian currently detained also.

Dude was using the blinkers in the beginning.

My Father-In-Law got his company truck stolen, two days later, I’m driving to work. Passed it up, then thought, that’s his truck. I turned around, started following, chased it down, the guy got away, but I got the truck back.
