If they have to pay BK, I hope it drags out for 20 years. Make sure SW is slandered and drug through the mud during the process. SW is responsible for all of this mess.

That is unknown. It could have happened with another AD at the helm.
No matter, any agreement that he brokered still had to subsequently approved.
Firings, on the other hand, have to be approved by the BOS before he can act.
He doesn’t have total hire / fire capability (even if his recs are typically followed).

so SW went rogue and didn't follow the directions of the BOS when making an offer to BK to lure him from ND?
This is a classic case of everyone slapping each other backs on the great job done to steal the coach from ND and then when it all went sideways the real people in charge didn't own it.

The ENTIRE board along with Woodward is responsible. He did not make this decision on his own. He just happens to be the face of the decision. Stop it.

I Looove College baseball and WE are the Kings, but you people think that baseball pays any kind of bills are ridiculous. You can love baseball but to take it personal because you do and also understand it’s not a money making college sport, it’s OK. It doesn’t mean you don’t love LSU baseball.

Granted, they all bear responsibility but Woodward carries the largest burden. The BOS hired and pays him to make and recommend the proper and correct,decisions .In effect they give him,the benefit of doubt.
