He was essentially bankrupted due to legal fees for a case that was dismissed with prejudice wasnt he?

Probably 50% of the people here think that Flynn is the bad guy and BHO is the good guy in this little personal 2-man dynamic. Truth is, Obama got rid of Flynn because he knew that Flynn wasn't down with Obama's anti-American activities. And then, Obama totally set-up and framed Flynn, utilizing Pence, so he couldn't serve in the Trump White House.
Obama knew that Flynn knew where some of the bodies were buried, so to speak, and feared Flynn being on the inside of the Trump Administration.

Well, he has been operating a shadow government, which undermines President Trump's ability to run the country. The POTUS needs to be in control of foreign policy without outside influences and private dealing. This is especially true coming from its own citizens. Whether it rises to treason, I just don't know. This is something that I don't believe the Supreme Court has ever addressed.

In truth, it really is a matter of what side of the political spectrum you're on. Those on the right clearly see it was an underhanded and likely illegal if not treasonous attempt to destroy a duly elected POTUS....those on the left would simply say they were trying to save their Dimocrazy!!!!
