I leave this here without comment other than it is interesting to hear from someone not so connected to LSU breaking down the QB play of Nuss. Browne is a former USC and Pitt QB.

Does this matter? I don't know this Browne guy at all, but most coaches were awful at football as well.

I follow max Browne pretty close on YouTube thought this was an interesting perspective. I feel like he is going soft on Nuss tho, and said “I wouldn’t be surprised if later in the season something comes out about an injury”

Bruh everyone including his coaches have been talking about a possible injury all season wtf

He knows more ball than I do, that’s for fricking sure.

ETA: Max admits to being a bust, btw.

And he had a right oblique injury.

The crazier thing to me is that they would rather trot him out there at 75% than put in Van Buren to let Nuss get healthy.

How the frick is Van Buren that bad? I just don’t see how that’s possible. The only explanation is they were trying to preserve a red shirt or something for MVB. Otherwise, I don’t get it because MVB is a pretty damn good player.

that was the big issue.... BK was prioritizing Nuss's loyalty to LSU over the team winning games (and playing MVB)

Do we really need a film breakdown of Nuss' terrible season? For whatever reason, he has had an awful season.

He’s not, he was expected to red-shirt. And that’s going to be the plan.

According to Max, Nuss made only two wrong reads all game. Also suggested the season is taking its toll and Nuss is dropping his eyes so he's not seeing the field.

I'll defer to him own that. But two plays that you don't expect a mature QB to make were 3rd down before the half and his last snap.

No film breakdown needed. Just watch the games and it's clear the scouting report is that he sucks at playing QB.

Yes, so the idiots on here that still want it defend Nuss can really see an in depth analysis on just how shitty of a QB he is.
