Lost my putter, don’t feel like dropping a ton of money on a new one. What the best place to buy a used one, eBay or something like 2nd swing?

Depends on what you’re looking for. 2nd swing, Callaway Preowned, FB marketplace, eBay, etc. I’ve bought Scotty’s and Labs through FB groups too.

I have a Scotty brand new in my garage I keep meaning to sell. 2nd swing said they would give me $150. Assume the would sell it for 250. It’s a phantom 5 with a center shaft if you want to make a deal.

I have purchased clubs on eBay and always been satisfied. I also only deal with a couple of sellers that have been verified.
If you’re looking at a Scotty Cameron, I’d go with someone with high reviews, to cut out chances for a replica.

eBay is the best for selection and price. Edwin Watts usually has some used putters.

FB Marketplace is the best for low pricing.

Go to garage sale or community yard sale in golf neighborhoods. You will not believe the great golf items you can get.

Get yourself a magnet, attach some rope to it and make a few casts into a green side pond. You will probably get a few to choose from.
