We get a night off of cooking because future in law said he wants to cook us dinner. He said steak and scallop pasta. I have my doubts about this meal honestly. Will post in the update tomorrow.

The jambalaya came out defeat as usual. Can’t thank Stadium Rqt enough for the calculator…Rat, if you read this, how long did it take you to build the calculator?

White Bean Chicken Chili. Smoked 3 chicken halves yesterday and boiled the skin/bones for broth. Trinity, broth, chicken, 2 cans Blue Runner White Beans (needed 1 more), 2 cans green chiles and a little rice I had in the pantry. Damn it’s delicious!

The first version came together pretty quickly, but I tweaked it for about 6 more months or so. Haven't changed it in many years.
