How much do y’all know about Rhett Lashlee?

Looks like he’s a solid recruiter and a great offensive mind, but I don’t know anything about his defensive philosophy. Certainly, he should be a front runner for Arkansas especially given his ties.

I’m from Arkansas, he’s one of the best high school QB’s ever in the history of the state. Played for Malzahn in high school. Pretty sure he took a pay cut somewhere in his coaching career to split from Gus maybe at Arkansas State if I remember right, to carve his own path as a coordinator. From what I’ve heard pretty solid guy. Know a couple kids from around here who are committed to him at SMU seem to like him and his staff a lot.

He’s very good. Smart, players want to play for him, good leader. Seems like he wants to stay at SMU and even though I’d love him at lsu you gotta respect what he’s trying to do at SMU and that he wants to be there
