Are the right seeking a conservative Götterdämmerung?

Or, will they figure out what they need to do to win?
It seems a lot of the populist right seem ok with the idea of losing but sticking to some populist ideals that are not going to win over most of the moderate majority and those who are "independent."
Winning should be the only goal. Anything other than that should be pushed aside. We should not be trying to Immanentize the conservative eschaton.
We need to find a way, quickly, to counter the marxist machine or we'll all face the bloody reality of a communist future alone. Policy and candidates need to be generated that can win. Enough with the echo-chamber thinking. Winning should be the only goal.

This is simply incorrect. The USSC majority has been building over a decade now. And we've scored some major wins there. We've lost some too, mostly thanks to the "winning" GWB appointed John Roberts.
