It’s so damn hard to read this board now. All the cry babies etc.
y’all have been begging for this for 4 years and it’s here and still crying about the same crap daily.
This is what happens when you have a HOF QB on your team for 15 years and you push the limits to win every championship you can. Y’all hate for Loomis and Gayle is insane. Casper the Quitter had more to do with the shape we’re in. It’s why he quit.
Unlike most I think the draft this year was pretty good, probably 4 starters. But y’all expect these rookies to be pro bowlers already.
We won more games for 15 years than every other team in the league except the Patriots. We just didn’t have the NFL’s help in multiple championships. Can you please embrace the suckage most of you wanted and stop the daily doses of over n over stupid repetitive comments.
None of us know what’s going to happen in the next few seasons. But above all, it’s still our Team, It’s still our Saints.

I don’t think anyone is upset at the rebuild. I just think people are skeptical of the rebuild because part of the problem (some would argue a large part of the problem) is that we have leaders in place in the organization that don’t really deserve to lead that rebuild.

There’s a lack of accountability in the organization and it starts at the top from an owner people were fine with while we were winning but now seems checked out now that we don’t have a HOF QB and Coach saving us from gross incompetence from the front office.

The issue I have is that we have a few tradable assets and they're still on the roster.

Maybe we can't find a willing partner. Do you want to just give them away

This. In an ultra competitive business there isn’t really accountability or fear of failure. That’s a terrible dynamic for long term success.

I'd agree with this for the first 2-3 years after he "retired". But, had Mickey & DA not gone all in on Carr being the savior, this roster would have the opportunity to me in a much better position than it is now. And remember, as bad as that Carr contract was, Mickey & DA were willing to give up assets to trade for him before Carr declined the trade because he did not want to help his soon-to-be former team
