Maybe it's just me, but there a lot of laws being passed or voted down in a chamber where there are about a dozen "suits" wandering around.
Maybe I missed the debate that was on the floor, not on the front steps of Congress. In front of the media.
How can you have a roll call when the majority is not there "present"...not sure the Latin term.

Why did Senators Sanders and Warren just walk up "aided" to cast their vote.

I think it is referred to as "in situ". Meaning in place.
There is nobody there. There is no Quorum, there is no debate. Political battles are fought on the Main stream media.
