Mystery QB Stat comparison

162-257 63.04% 1855 7.22 YPA 18 TD 9 INT

165-254 64.96% 2039 8.03 YPA 17 TD 1 INT
Try to guess who the QBs are, where the stats came from, or what the context is for the three of them being grouped together.
Hint updates: career stats vs teams ranking top 50 in defensive efficiency according to F+. A has started for two programs, including starting in the PAC 12 in 2023. B is Fernando Mendoza. C is a first year starter.

You don't tell us if it's college or pros and you don't give us the year. Nobody in FBS or NFL currently has 17 tds and just 1 int so... you want us to figure out random QBs from random seasons?
