The state share of “on the hook”

Based on the contract, the state (LSU) WOULD be on the hook for 2.4 mill of BK buyout correct? 400k base salary. The remaining amount is privately funded. Might be wrong on this.

That’s how I see it too. This state has so many problems that he needs to deal with. Stay in your lane Gov and get that loop built around BR.
