I want a young coach to replace BK. I would look at someone like Ryan SIlverfield. He's not in my top 3 but if we can't get any of those. Give me a young guy like him.

Agreed. The last 3 guys have been in their 60s and ended up enjoying retirement while still on the job

I was there for the Mike Archer era, be careful what you wish for. It is a disaster when the inmates run the asylum.

Dilly would be a great hire. He's young but pulling him from Az St is gonna be tough. Ryan is young and has Memphis of all places doing well.
