Was Kelly close to any big boosters or BOS members?

I was surprised how no one seemed to stand up for the guy last week or over the weekend. Now, don't get me wrong. I'm glad he was dismissed. It's just surprising how none or very,very few decision makers seemed to care for the guy.

I have heard of exactly none that stood up for him or wanted to give him a chance to fix it, because like us they knew he had no answers to right the ship. He was in way over his head

Wouldn't be surprised if a couple baws - golf buddies etc - just called him instead of tweeting support for him.

IDK how he could have been approved for the job and contract without some support from BOS...I also doubt any of the ones who did support him in the beginning could still have supported him at the end

When you’re a prick and win, you’ll always have people that campaign for you..It’s hard to lose and expect anyone to back you up. It was pretty telling no one was in his corner during all of this..
With that being said, governor really needs to take a step back. The more he gets involved, the more red flags will go up for an incoming coach.

I’ve seen him on golf course w a few of the guys who were at the meeting to pay him off. It’s just business
