How the LSU Football season plays out couldnt be more obvious

LSU will play Alabama close, win out including an upset in Norman, and win a bowl game
Players, players' parents, facebookers will say we have our guy in Frank Wilson
LSU will be racist for not hiring him. It will be Ed O all over again except with racial undertones behind it instead of a cajun accent
It's never been more obvious.

If he wins out in reg season its not an absolute foregone conclusion that we'd miss the playoffs. If the man wins out on the way to an NC he would have absolutely earned the job and anyone arguing any differently is a fool. That being said there is almost no chance of this actually happening. 3-1 would be respectable and at least get him legitimately into the conversation at the end of the year, but I don't think it would get him the job.
