Wonder what that was all about.

He did look like he’d been holding one in all 2nd half.

He even had a totally different demeanor during his press conference and it was much shorter than normal. He met with his bosses right before and he knew it was the end. There's no doubt about it.

I agree. I think the meeting with Woodward Sunday morning was a smokescreen and the decision was actually made right after the game. Thats why he was acting the way he was in the presser.

When Aggie takes over your stadium, decisive measures are urgently required

I’m more curious what happened at halftime. A completely different team came out for the second half.

Players demanded MVB start or refuse to play. BK said Nuss starts. Fight in the locker room led by an offensive lineman.

I think the decision was made at the end of the 3rd quarter.

He probably didn't get much push

That was the final straw! Probably the most embarrassing, humiliating thing I have ever seen in Tiger Stadium! Aggy players taunting our team, hell, probably called them soft! Then, the Aggy fans made it seem like they were celebrating a victory in Kyle Field!
You knew at that point, Kelly lost all credibility with the team, fan base and Baton Rouge community after that game...

I think he probably got an arse chewing. The way he stormed into the ops buidling the next day, showed he wasnt expecting to get fired

You could tell the entire night he knew he was coaching for his job.

There’s no way that wasn’t presented to him beforehand.

Maybe not that explicitly but BK knew there was A LOT riding on the aggie game
