If tweet fails to load, click here. If I was Hilton Jr. I would post on my Insta tonight in response to his game day question: "Who the frick do you think you are?" with a response like I'm still the guy who don's purple and gold. He will do more for his career by doing that than keeping quiet.

He was never going to be a long-term fit. He’s always been a douchebag but we just had to grin and hope it was better when he was our douchebag.

Nah, Saban had dudes buy in and changed the trajectory of the program. Kids will respond to an alpha dog who they know wants what’s best for them.

I definitely agree with you here but I would argue that he was never going to be a short term fit the day he was hired. He fit into Baton Rouge almost as well as someone who was raised in Martha's Vineyard. Only the Yellow lense glass wearing die hards couldn't see the mistake that took place the day he was hired.

Well he probably wasn’t wrong about that altercation b/c Hilton sucks, but he doesn’t seem to have any player support from anyone, so I’ll allow the bashing of the BK clown.

Kelly should have set realistic expectations about the teams he coached.
When you tell people you’re keeping receipts and you’ll see them at the national championship game, you’re expected to follow through.

His demise was he is not a top tier coach. He does not have the work ethic to compete week in and week out in the SEC. You can’t hang on the beach and play golf all summer and beat the grinders. The SEC is a gauntlet that has exposed many snake oil salesman coaches like Brian Kelly. Kelly is who we thought he was.
