The board needs to do the old okie-doke and fire woody now after he fired Kelly! Under no circumstances can woody be allowed any say what so ever into the next football coaching hire!

Those sports don’t bring in the money. As much as I love baseball, if football and men’s basketball fail the entire athletic department is under water. Like it or not that is the way it is. That is the most important job of an AD. Woody has failed in that miserably. He must go now!

This graphic alone should be reason enough to prevent him from making any more coaching hires…anywhere.

Prepare to be shocked. He screwed up the two biggest revenue generating sports. He got lucky with Johnson who was 2nd or 3rd on his list behind O’Sullivan and potentially the former Oregon St coach. BOS shot down both. With Mulkey, he hired a HOF coach who wanted to come back to Louisiana.
All that matters is Landry doesn’t appear to care for him. Regardless of the narrative floated today, this decision was led by Landry and the BOS he appointed.
