President Donald Trump notched a legal victory Friday in his lawsuit against Iowa pollster J. Ann Selzer and The Des Moines Register, and the case will now land in Iowa State Court after an appeals court sided with the president and ruled a lower court had overstepped.
Trump’s legal team, which has accused the defendants of "brazen election interference" with their final 2024 Iowa presidential poll that showed him trailing Democrat Kamala Harris, originally requested the case be moved to Iowa State Court in May after the defendants "removed" the case to federal court.
A federal judge denied the request at the time, but the Obama-appointed judge was overruled by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.

It's just disgusting that Pam Bondi is a joke. Merrick Garland would have had this case closed and prosecuted on day one. She needs to go and we need to bring him back!

I have a coworker originally from Iowa who bought into that shite and was seriously afraid Harris was going to win his former home state.
I told him to quit watching the MSM and just trust that Trump would win it by 12 points. He looked at me like I was crazy, but came to work the morning after the election and his first words were, "well son of a bitch, you were right".
He doesn't watch the MSM anymore.
Need more normies to wake up, and it's slowly happening. Once you see the telltale, hallmark signs of a disinformation psyop, you can't unsee it. You begin noticing the patterns much more. They're everywhere, in everything.
