Kirill is in the US now working to improve US - Russia relations and towards a peace deal for the Ukraine conflict

That bridge looks like the final piece to Chinas dreams. Unless Russia plans to really develop that region with native Russians, i wouldnt trust that at all.

This is a good thing. We don’t want to be totally non-communicative with a nuclear power. Biden cut off all relations causing a dangerous environment.
Charlie Kirk said the same and it was why he was going into the leftist hotbed campuses. When dialogue stops violence starts.
Kirill calls it in the interview, the US and modern Russia have many things in common
such as eschewing takeover by immigration and holding on to traditional values and rejecting the woke culture and globalism.
Many want to undermine any good relations so they can continue to hold up Russia as a bad guy to justify all of the military spending.
We should be focused on China as the true bad guy.
