While in Texas yesterday I stopped at an H.E.B. Plus and picked up a few things so we had tacos tonight.
Got their in house made Butter Tortillas.
Some grilled chicken breast meat
Snagged a six pack of Watermelon Cider while there. I haven't seen this here in Louisiana.
My plate which I kind of made slopply(slopply may not be a real word but it was still pretty good. Lol.....).
Also grabbed some in store made tortilla chips which are great! Those butter tortillas are amazing!!!

Flat iron steak in cast iron/ oven- butter, garlic, fresh rosemary
Quinoa- seasoned
Corn on the cob/ butter
Green & spinach salad- balsamic vinaigrette
