I remember this summer I did a thread on this and said I’d take Les hands down. And got downvoted and attacked into oblivion. Yall can stfu now bc it’s so apparent. At least Les teams had an identity. What’s BK’s identity in BR? Inconsistent teams that have glaring holes year in and year out. Every time he gets one thing fixed 5 more issues arise. Don’t be surprised, this is the legacy of BK, always pretty good but never good enough.

Crazy the amount of disrespect Miles gets on this board. Arguably the best coach this school has seen with sustainable success going 114-34. Saban wasn’t here long enough imo.

Not likely you might be saying that because he coached a 15 - 0 team but that’s not why . Les Miles had one good year winning the 2007 National Championship because of Nick Saban’s recruiting not his .

I shite on Les as much as anyone here, but absent 1/9, that 2011 team would’ve been one of the greatest teams in CFB history prior to 2019. Their record against top 10 opponents that year (including a win against the eventual national champion at THEIR place) was astounding.

Coach O went 15 - 0 with a perfect record but also had a great recruiting class . Les Miles just ate grass every time he got stressed out and that was at least once a game .
