If you want to know how to find a diamond in the rough when your looking for a position coach look at Clark leas find with this guy!! 20 yrs working his way up at a small school like Pittsburgh St and becoming the schools head coach and getting into div 1 and making an impact wherever. It’s Coaches like this you need to impact your program.
