Hire acoustic engineers to make the place louder (directed at opponents sideline) such that opponents won’t be able to hear a single thing for 60 minutes so we never lose at home. Win half of your road games, boom 10 win season every year everyone keeps their jobs

You don’t need acoustic engineers for that…you just need to fill the stadium with football fans instead of socialites.
