I’m of the opinion that this should happen now or during the bye week to possibly salvage the season. Sloan is a great QB coach just not an offensive coordinator at this level at the moment. I have never seen an offensive line this bad in my 30 plus years of watching LSU Football.

This offensive rebuild is going to be a major undertaking during the offseason. Y’all are about to see money thrown around like crazy to cover both Kellly’s bad contract(keep him employed) and Kelly’s coaching mistakes.

My idea:
Sloan demoted to QB coach
Slinger steps in for remainder of the season — like Pete used to for DL
Davis will be reassigned to assist with recruiting, & Atkins will take over OL

Sloan should be demoted this week and Kelly takes the play sheet. Kelly calls the plays and earns some of that 10 MM.
