How good is the refurbished course?

Is getting a Saturday am tee time hard?

What are the pros/cons of membership (from those who may be members)?

I can't comment on those questions, but I'm still on the mailing list after inquiring awhile back. Here's the updated initiations starting 11/1/25 both with a 4-5 month waiting list.

Initiation Fees:

Regular Membership: Currently $36,000 + tax ? Increasing to $48,000 + tax

Young Executive Membership: Currently $16,000 + tax ? Increasing to $24,000 + tax

Associate Membership: $2,500 – no change

Member for 3 years. Club has really changed since then. The new 9 (gold) is awesome. Greens are very undulating and firm. Course drains superb. They’re about to open the new 9 (green) at the end of the month. Last 9 (white) is done in about a year.

It has a great mix of younger and older members. Still laid back atmosphere. Really good players and active money games.

Tee times are released 5 days before at 8am via the foretees app. If it’s Saturday or Sunday, you’ve gotta be quick to get a premium time but the good thing is there’s no deference for older members. Members are good about canceling times to free spots up too. 5somes are allowed and common.

When you say the refurbished course is awesome, what do you mean? Condition? Layout? Difficulty? Can you tell me more?

Has the club changed for the better or worse in the last 3 yrs?

Condition is night and day different from before the renovation. Greens are much more undulating and firmer. Course is longer as well but nothing extreme. Difficulty has gone up as well (they are about to redo the rating after the second 9 opens). For example, they're growing the rough up in bailout spots off the tee. Fairway bunkers have been moved to where they're now more in play for longer hitters. Tight lies around the greens.

They've also redone the short game area to make the conditions more similar to the renovated holes. Next up is driving range and the dome.

It’s changed for the better. Quite a bit better.
