I’ve got some injected Cornish game hens stuffed with onion and jalapeno, a boneless chicken stuffed with boudin, and some ribs to put in the smoker. Got some veggies and mushrooms to put in my grill pan and spritz with red wine and apple cider vinegar. Pork steaks for the grill and corn on the cob. Some chicken thighs to grill for my work lunches next week.

My buddy’s wife got me on the smoked hens. Brine them overnight and they are juicy as hell.
