Exploring a Trade

I have 5 starting rbs currently and need some stability at wr. My most promising trade partner needs bodies at rb. I'm 1-4. They're 2-3. Our rosters are below.
Me:
RB - Henry, Kamara, Warren, Swift, White (Until Bucky returns)
WR - Thomas, Diggs, Pearsall, Williams, Ayomanor, Thornton
Them:
RB - Stevenson, Corum, & Bucky. They lost Connor for the year.
WR - Chase, Waddle, Worthy, McMillan, Aiyuk
I was flirting with Henry for Chase in a deal for 1st round disappointments, but Henry's schedule gets really soft in the coming weeks, and I'm scared of Chase being boom or bust moving forward. Another option would be getting Waddle for one of the other rbs and maybe a depth piece. What moves would you propose?

Trade warren for waddle IMO Waddle is WR1 in Miami. Warren will be splitting time with Gainwell

Joe Flacco just got traded to Cincinnati. I'd be trying to trade for Chase now.

I got offered Waddle for Henry straight up. My gut tells me no. Waddle's injury history and Henry's schedule lightening up after the Rams week. Even though Waddle is the new WR1, seems like a bit of a sell high / buy low situation.

I tend to get too caught up in history/name and stick with the old guys too long, so I know that’s a fault.
That said, there’s no way I would trade away Henry for Waddle.
