LOL, LSU is stacked at WRs but QB is not doing his job.

He missed 2 games and played hurt for 2-3 more and still had the 4th most receptions and yards on the team. And the three guys ahead of him were all NFL level guys.
He was asked to run block quite a bit because he was the best blocking WR we had.

He may have gotten paid a little more but I think he saw the writing on the wall with Sloan as well.

He literally told either the On3 or 247 guys right after the last game that he was planning on returning. Then he suddenly entered the portal. His sudden about-face was called about on a few shows/podcasts.

I hate to be one of the negative Nancys on here but you can’t legit watch this game tn and watch our any of our games this year and say he would be better off in BR.

I never said he would have been. I said he originally told people he was going to stay and then changed his mind. And we know he got paid more.
And what in the frick does that have to do with anything that happened last offseason? Did he have a crystal ball? Miami was not projected to be what they are at the time and Beck was coming off a disappointing season. That’s why we play the games.

He knew what Sloan is vs what Dawson is as a play caller. No matter if he got paid a little more it was a great business decision for him. Theres no way you can deny that.

Tbh he struggled staying healthy here and it’s easier to separate vs acc db’s than SEC ones. Smart move on his part

CJ Daniels also said another reason he left LSU is it had clique circles and if you weren't in it, didn't feel like a team. Take that with as you will. Don't know if it's true but it sounded like he wasn't in any of the "cliques" and so he felt left out.
