Have any of you Houston area baws tried this place before. Looks like three locations.
Looks like a good menu and nice setting overall. Pictures of the steaks looks delicious with whatever seasoning they appear to use. Shrimp & grits look like something to stay away from based on the same pictures.
Any experiences?

JTR on Memorial Dr. was a regular part of our rotation prior to the opening of Credence, Latuli, and Bar Bludorn in the same general area. I normally order the Veal Chop Parmesan and ask for ricotta underneath the melted mozzarella...the way they used to serve it. The Sweet Chili Shrimp appetizer is addictive as are the dirty martinis. I find their fish and New York Italian dishes superior to the steaks, mainly because there are so many places in town that serve excellent steaks. The Parmesan Crusted Flounder has always been good. It's hard to go wrong at JTR but entree-dependent you might not be "wowed".

We've only done brunch at the Campbell/I10 location. The dumplings are good. Carnivore Omelette & Maryland Benedict are solid. The Burgers are above average and one of the better deals there. Nice cocktail menu. We keep forgetting to go have dinner there.

They are about to open a location in Bridgeland.

Amazed how many more of these developments keep going up. Austin Point in Southern Fort Bend is supposed to be another 50k+ people.

The one on memorial and the one on I-10 are very different vibes and menus I think. Both are great, but the memorial one is a little higher end.
