Anyone watch it?
I thought it was pretty enjoyable. It was like a trip back to the 90s. I always adored Sarah McLachlan.

At the premiere, Lilith Fair co-founder Sarah McLachlan, who also appears in the documentary, introduced the film ahead of the screening. She announced that the performances were canceled in a move of solidarity to support free speech
quote:
“It’s a gift for all of us to see [this film], but also I’ve grappled with being here tonight and around what to say about the present situation that we are all faced with, the stark contraction to the many advances we’ve made watching the insidious erosion of women’s rights, of trans and queer rights, the muzzling of free speech,” McLachlan said. “I think we’re all fearful for what comes next, and none of us know, but what I do know is that I have to keep pushing forward as an artist, as a woman to find a way through

Bet she performed like a motherfricker when conservatives were getting deplatformed and canceled though.

I’ve never let politics get in the way of my appreciation for music and artists

I try not to, but some musicians go to great lengths to make themselves unlikeable--especially when we're talking specifically about a documentary premiere where she refused to perform on political grounds.

Thanks for letting me know this is out. I’ve been having trouble sleeping lately so I’ll put it on around 9:30 tonight

I took a few broads to Lilith at meriweather post pavilion. Jewel and Sarah were really good; indigo girls were brutal

Smoke show then and now IMO. And a hellacious talent as a singer.

If you cold smell a documentary, this one would smell like BO, patchouli, and marlboro lights.
