New construction activity at commercial part of Harveston?

As of the last few days, there appears to be some potential construction activity at the proposed commercial area of the Harveston development on Bluebonnet. Anyone know what's going on? Are they finally starting the actual construction, or is this just something else?

I live out here. Haven’t seen what you’re talking about but I hear that interest rates have been delaying it. It’s a 15 year project. Better get moving. Maybe if the rates drop as anticipated, the ball will roll.

I don’t know anything but they had a couple big arse tractors driving around on that plot yesterday. They’ve got a ton of plant growth on that plot since they leveled it so may be more maintenance of it to keep it from getting out of hand

Any updates on this? There is obviously some fairly heavy construction activity going on out there now. I'm far from an expert, but it looks like they may be putting in sewer pipes/systems and other infrastructure.
