Any mortgage company can do the RD loan for you. Just make sure you meet the location and income limits.

It's amazing how many agencies shovel money out the window for the same things. USDA financing is available in neighborhoods 15 miles from the nearest "agricultural" area, and the kinds of places with HOAs that don't even allow you to own chickens.
