That is one overpriced city. I used to love going there 20-30 years ago. Not so much anymore.

Agree. I live 30 minutes outside and it’s gotten a lot worse. Tons of homeless and people who commit crimes constantly. Also the average price for a T-Shirt is 90$, it’s absurd

Been here 30+ years. It’s certainly gotten more expensive. That said, my life is great and I am neither a bum nor a recent transplant! Crazy I know

I am here now for work and staying near Vanderbilt. Nice downtown scene but the buns make me feel like I am in San Diego
