New Local ownership with money ie; Todd Graves, Peyton Manning, Eli Manning, Archie Manning, Drew Brees would be a group worth considering a sale to. These are football knowledge minded people who would make a difference for the team, the fans, and the NFL. Who better locally would be a better fit? NFL would approve it in a heartbeat.
