Farm Bureau total loss class action settlement

Did anyone who previously had a total loss vehicle that was insured though Farm Bureau get a letter in the mail fairly recently discussing a settlement being awarded? I had 3 vehicles I lost in the 2016 flood so I got three separate letters. I tried to do a little research about the lawsuit but couldn’t find a whole lot. I don’t recall hearing anything about it until I got those letters in the mail.

I’ve seen that site, but it really doesn’t seem to have any updates beyond April

Because April was the fairness hearing? Did you do anything that it says at the bottom by the deadlines documented? Probably not, so:
You literally got three separate letters likely detailing exactly what was going to happen next for your insured assets. You're bound by the terms of the settlement, and that's about all there is to it. You'll probably get three checks, but the letters you were sent have court mandated details about the specifics. What are you asking?

If you are a member of the class and wish to stay in the litigation, you need not do anything, and you will be bound by its terms on the Effective Date.

I understand all that. I guess I was mainly wondering when the checks may come.

We definitely need more tort reform to help protect these saintly insurance companies
