Recently saw this again on TikTok. Many of today’s ‘s comments thought it was AI.
It was like she did the Sprite challenge and didn’t skip a beat

This occurred at a press conference a day or two after an EF-3 tornado had torn through the community of Fultondale, AL. My cousin’s home was destroyed in that tornado, by God’s grace he and his family survived.
ETA: I think they placed sound over the clip in that video. I don’t think it sounded quite like that.
